I am recruiting for a Merchandiser to join an apparel brand. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting and trading.

Some of your key responsibilities will include;

• Building relationships with internal teams to continuously develop & optimise product lines
• Maximising both Sales & margins ensuring stock requirement achieved
• Working closely with internal teams to improve product forecasting
• Reviewing daily & weekly trading reports to reduce stock risks
• Responsibility for stock management to increase sales & reduce obsolete stock
• Collating figures and updating the senior management team regularly
• Working cross functionally with warehousing, shipping, finance & sales teams to optimise sales and margin, while ensuring high levels of professionalism are achieved
• Monitoring market & competitor activity

Key requirement for the role;

• Previous experience at a Merchandiser level
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure with proven problem-solving skills
• Strong numeracy skills and ability to analyse & collate info from various sources
• Commercially aware and business focussed
• Able to manage & motivate your team to achieve both individual and team goals
• Excellent understanding of all MS Office products especially Excel
