Your Role
- Be a key player in the NPD team, specifically focusing on meat-based products and fresh chilled goods.
- Take charge of new recipes and improve existing ones to keep the range fresh and exciting.
- Organise factory trials, manage taste panels, and work closely with suppliers to source the best materials.
- Handle the "Gate" process, approve artwork, and ensure every product is safe and legal.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in an NPD role, ideally within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of food laws and ability to interpret lab results and shelf-life data.
- Degree in Food Science or Nutrition (though your experience is what counts most).
