Business Manager

Central Manchester Office with hybrid working (2 days office)

£Negotiable + Quarterly Commission + Flexible Working + Clear Career Progression

The Company

Our proactive search methods mean we don’t rely on advertising or CV banks, and we don’t have activity KPIs to hit daily, monthly or ever! We spend our time identifying, attracting and assessing the best talent. At Rise we really know our markets with the majority of consultants have 5-20 years’ experience so is a great place to learn.

Rise focuses on professional functions within the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors and recruit across Food, FMCG, Fashion, General Merchandise.

The Role

We are keen to speak to experienced senior recruiters who would manage their own individual area and work with the directors to a business plan to get to where you want you career to be in the longer term

Rise has brilliant resources available to help you grow your area and lots of admin support to let you focus on the important things.

We’re an inclusive bunch and like to have a laugh along the way, we pride ourselves on not being the salesy stereotype recruiter. Although financial targets are individual we work as a team and celebrate each other’s success.
