You will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of buying, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate pricing, product, and promotional data on the group intranet.
- Assist with price changes, forecasts, supply issues, and contract approvals.
- Coordinate the tender process and update monthly promotion documents, including market analysis.
- Manage travel arrangements and attend occasional group events (including overnight stays).
Experience: At least 2 years of commercial administrative experience.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full, clean driving license. A multi-tasker who is flexible, organized, and a strong communicator.
