Are you a packaging pro with a passion for detail, collaboration, and bringing products to life on shelf? We’re on the lookout for a Packaging Technologist to help deliver standout packaging for our client’s Own Brand range.

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring packaging is fit-for-purpose, high quality, and always on time – from the first brief through to launch. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, love solving problems, and enjoy working across teams, this could be your next move!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage packaging delivery for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development) in line with the client’s stage gate process.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to drive packaging quality and approval, ensuring everything meets the brief and hits the shelf perfectly.
• Own the packaging agenda – coordinating timelines, managing specs, and flagging potential issues before they become roadblocks.
• Be a communication hub , keeping internal and external teams aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with teams across Trading, Technical, Innovation, Merchandising, Design , and more.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hands-on experience in packaging project management
• Exposure to FMCG and multiple packaging substrates/materials
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude – you get things done
• Strong organisation and communication skills – you\’re calm under pressure and clear with stakeholders
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities like a pro
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
