My client, a leading worldwide supplier of trusted retail products, is urgently seeking a highly meticulous and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Commercial team on a permanent, full-time basis.

If you thrive on ensuring on-time delivery, maximising availability, and acting as the vital link between sales, logistics, and the customer, we want to hear from you!

You will be the dedicated point of contact responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process for a dedicated set of customers. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving supply chain efficiency.

  • Owning the accurate processing of all customer orders through the SAP system within agreed timescales.
  • Coordinating delivery slots with customers, working closely with the warehouse and 3PL hauliers to ensure On-Time and In-Full performance, and proactively resolving all delivery issues and claims.
  • Closely monitoring stock allocations, performing daily account 'Sweeps,' and escalating out-of-stock lines to meet service level expectations.
  • Providing clear, accurate communication to both customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Warehouse, etc.) and participating in initiatives focused on increasing supply chain efficiencies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to effectively solve complex customer-related supply chain problems are essential.

Analytical Skillset: The ability to analyse data, communicate key points, and ideally, experience with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Experience managing order processing through an ERP system like SAP is a significant advantage.

Permanent Contract and Hybrid Working based in Nottingham.
