In this pivotal role, you will champion our Customer Service operations, manage Customer Master Data/Pricing, and serve as the core supply chain interface between major UK retailers and our internal commercial teams.
Built on the principles of Servant Leadership, this role offers the space to empower a high-performing team, drive high-impact supply chain projects, and elevate customer performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Customer Service Operations team, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and development.
- Stabilise and enhance OTIF performance, meeting key customer requirements while optimising supply chain costs.
- Act as the strategic liaison to customer supply chain leadership and internal UK/European stakeholders.
- Oversee Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, master data, pricing, and internal SOX controls.
- Drive transformative supply chain initiatives, including SAP implementations and network optimisations.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in FMCG customer supply chain or customer service leadership.
- Direct experience partnering with major UK retailers and their supply chain teams.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analytics (Excel / Power BI).
