We’re looking for a highly creative Senior UX/UI Designer to shape and elevate the digital experience across our furniture and home offering. You’ll play a key role in designing inspiring, intuitive journeys that help customers discover, visualise, and confidently purchase products for their homes. This is a remote based role but there will be some regular travel to London for meetings (usually twice a month).

You’ll bring strong end-to-end UX capability, exceptional UI craft, and the autonomy to drive design quality and direction within a growing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead UX/UI design across our D2C website and digital touchpoints, from early discovery through to final delivery.
  • Design seamless, inspiration-led customer journeys that support considered purchases — from browsing and room inspiration to product selection, configuration, and checkout.
  • Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and beautifully crafted UI that reflect our brand and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Translate customer insights, behavioural data, and merchandising needs into intuitive, conversion-driving experiences.
  • Design for complex product storytelling — including materials, dimensions, finishes, and styling — helping customers confidently visualise products in their homes.
  • Evolve and maintain our design system and visual guidelines to ensure consistency across web, mobile, and future digital channels.
  • Stay ahead of trends in ecommerce, interiors, and digital design, bringing fresh ideas to enhance inspiration, discovery, and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, brand, merchandising, and growth teams on high-impact initiatives.
  • Support and mentor junior designers, contributing to a strong, collaborative design culture.
What You’ll Bring
  • ~7+ years’ UX/UI experience, ideally within ecommerce, retail, or consumer goods (home/furniture experience a strong plus).
  • ~ A standout portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking and exceptional UI craft, particularly for content-rich or inspiration-led experiences.
  • ~ Deep understanding of best practice in ecommerce UX, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • ~ Experience designing for considered purchases, including product comparison, configuration, and decision support.
  • ~ Ability to work autonomously, manage complexity, and confidently lead design projects end-to-end.
  • ~ Strong experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams.
  • ~ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
