Head of Insight to join a leading hospitality company.
Leading a small high performing team working across consumer trends and market insight. This is a cross functional role facing into a senior level, advising on strategy, transformation and commercial.
The Role
You and your team will lead on:
- Consumer behaviours, usage and attitudes
- Consumer research and polling
- Occasions construction and tracking
- Tracking performance vs market
- Competitor monitoring and research
About You
- Experience in a similar role at a hospitality company or an FMCG / Agency into hospitality
- Great analytical skills, highly numerical and a dab hand with quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Strong communication and storytelling to engage and influence at all levels
