We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a leading food retailer. As the Store Manager of this busy store, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing and managing the Store Team, delivering the highest standards of customer service to ensure customers return whilst achieving all set commercial and turnover revenue targets.

Managing the store to achieve financial KPIs, including wages, wastage and shrinkage, together with non-financials such as customer service/feedback, internal audits and compliance.

As the Store Manager, some of your duties will include:

  • Leading the team
  • Proven previous food / FMCG retail store management experience
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Able to be resilient and adapt swiftly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of budgets and delivering results
  • Excellent understanding of all sales and service
