The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees. This role is P&C so in order to discuss the role further there would need to be a signed NDA.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
  • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
  • Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

Qualifications:

  • PE backed
  • Achieving triple digit growth
  • Potential to expand into new geographical markets quickly
  • Experience of operating as a COO at a high growth Food and Beverage company is essential
  • Must have experience in multiple disciplines: Operations, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, NPD, Innovation, Production
  • Extensive experience of UK market
  • Hands on, someone who wants to build systems and processes from the ground up
