Your Role

  • In this position, you will be a key player in the NPD team, specifically focusing on meat-based products and fresh chilled goods.
  • Take charge of new recipes and improve existing ones to keep the range fresh and exciting.
  • Organise factory trials, manage taste panels, and work closely with suppliers to source the best materials.
  • Handle the "Gate" process, approve artwork, and ensure every product is safe and legal.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in an NPD role, ideally within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Understand food laws and can make sense of lab results and shelf-life data.
  • Degree in Food Science or Nutrition (though your experience is what counts most).
  • Great at planning, comfortable with Excel, and have a sharp eye for detail.
