This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within an extremely prestigious UK business. What We Offer: * Salary: £26,000 per annum * Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire * Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm * Work Environment: Office based 5 days per week As a Claims Administrator, a summary of your responsibilities below: * Prepare and review accident claim forms and associated documentation. * Investigate the circumstances of accidents to assess insurance liability. * Manage the entire claims process, from initial notification to resolution, for both fault and non-fault incidents. * Handle invoicing for non-fault claims to third-party insurers and process payments for fault claims where liability is accepted. * Maintain daily communication with insurance companies, solicitors, and internal departments regarding ongoing claims. * Oversee claims where intervention services are offered and coordinate follow-up with suppliers. * Arrange independent vehicle damage assessments for insurance purposes. * Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance on internal systems. * Collaborate with all sites to collect outstanding accident forms, vehicle photographs, and any additional supporting documents. * Negotiate optimal settlement figures for claims.
