What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full 360 recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build markets, develop client relationships and manage high-value recruitment processes within financial services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and finance professionals
- Headhunting high-level candidates for specialist roles
- Business development and winning new client relationships
- Researching financial markets and identifying hiring trends
- Networking with senior professionals across global markets
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Developing your own specialist market and personal brand
