Our client is a specialist executive search and recruitment firm operating across the global legal market. Working with elite law firms and in-house legal teams across Europe and the US, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-level talent into some of the most competitive markets globally.
Following continued growth and a recent office move into Heron Tower, they are now hiring multiple trainees to join their expanding team across several specialist legal desks including Benelux, German, US and in-house legal markets.
This is a fast-paced, sales and consultancy focused recruitment role where you’ll learn how to build relationships, win business and manage recruitment processes within specialist international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with legal professionals and clients across international markets
- Business development through calls, networking and market research/mapping
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre legal talent
- Supporting clients with hiring strategy and market insight
- Learning how to manage negotiations and close deals
- Working closely with experienced managers and top billers across the business
