This is a full 360 recruitment role where you'll learn how to build markets, develop client relationships and manage high-value recruitment processes within financial services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and finance professionals
  • Headhunting high-level candidates for specialist roles
  • Business development and winning new client relationships
  • Researching financial markets and identifying hiring trends

  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
