Zenterra is looking for a Sales Coordinator. But we’ve never been interested in merely offering jobs; that is not what made us award-winning. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Assist the Manager with contract preparation and processing

Work within Blackline CRM

Execute and organize backend office paperwork, reports and contracts

Keep sales reports and CRM accurate and up-to-date

Greet and register all visitors to the Presentation Centre

Follow up with prospects and book sales appointments

Maintain and stock an impeccably clean and tidy Presentation Centre, ready for viewing

Provide overviews to visitors as required

Provide input to and execute on a communication plan for construction updates to purchasers and their realtors to sales management team

Ensure all contracts are complete and legally compliant

Creating project walk through schedules and organizing key pickups with purchasers

WHAT YOU HAVE

CRM, Blackline or Lasso experience an asset

2+ years of related experience

Excellent time management skills and can work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Lasso and/or Blackline an asset

Have strong organizational skills

An understanding of residential real estate sales and processes (a major asset)

An ability to communicate in more than one language (an asset but not required)

The ability to work evenings and weekends

Valid, current drivers’ license with access to a motor vehicle

Be available to work in various locations around Surrey and Langley
