Zenterra is growing again! We are looking for a Deficiency Technician to work in our Homeowner Care team. Looking for a great opportunity? We are building over 2500 homes in the next 5 years in Surrey and Langley alone. This is a golden opportunity to join an established developer that is about to scale. Sound appealing?
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Conduct pre-delivery inspection punch lists and re-inspections
- Homeowner Orientation
- Attend walk-throughs with new homeowners
- Conduct homeowner orientations and key handovers
- Warranty Repairs and Maintenance
- Conduct deficiency assessments during the warranty period
- Assist in the coordination of trades when necessary to ensure timely and efficient repair of deficiencies
- Perform routine maintenance, including but not limited to drywall, paint, and door repairs
- Establish proper warranty expectations with homeowners by educating them during key touchpoints of the purchase experience
- Create a positive customer experience from closing through the Warranty period
WHAT YOU KNOW
- Experience with drywall
- Experience with paint
- Access to own vehicle
PREFERABLE SKILLS
- Previous experience with residential deficiency repair
- Any experience with residential carpentry or finishing work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
