The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
The postholder will lead the development and expansion of RISE's training and consultancy offer, aligned with the Business Development growth plan. They will identify market opportunities and emerging sector needs to shape new products and services, and design and deliver high-quality, evidence-based training and consultancy services to clients across the commercial, public and voluntary sectors.
The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering professional training programmes, managing client relationships, and will be motivated by business development and selling training solutions.

- Experience providing consultancy, advisory services, or facilitation to organisations.
- Experience of account management or managing client relationships.

- Experience of selling training products and events.
- Experience managing client relationships and developing long-term partnerships.
- Experience developing training materials, toolkits, or learning resources.
- Experience managing projects or programmes with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with or managing external associates, freelancers, or facilitators.
