The Performance and Quality Lead is an exciting new position within the expanding pan London Drive team, a high risk / high harm domestic abuse perpetrator intervention. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team, working alongside the Service Manager, Team leaders and Advanced Practitioner to ensure high quality case management across the workforce, consistency in recording, enhanced practice and reduced domestic abuse risk. You will ensure opportunities to reduce domestic abuse risk are utilized and each case gains an enhanced level of care and attention.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
Regularly review Drive cases to identify good practice and areas for development in line with gold practice and Respect Accreditation Standards.
Feedback reviews to Service Manager and Team Leaders in a timely manner.
Identify emerging practice themes and subject matter for practice development.
To review and quality assure case studies, collating good practice examples to feedback on a borough, BCU and / or Pan London basis.
To conduct observations of case managers in service user and multi-agency meetings and feedback good practice and areas for development.
Performance
Support the team to enhance collection of demographic data.
Assist in identifying multi agency (MA) information sharing challenges and work alongside the local case manager and senior leadership team to address these.
Creation and implementation of a 3 month check and review system to minimize case drift and to ensure Drive are adding maximum value across London.
To enhance collation of service user feedback, ensuring this is gained in written and verbal form.
To complete mid behaviour, change reviews with service users and feedback to case managers.
Support the senior leadership team to conduct Practice Supervision with Case Managers when required.
To collate professional feedback of their experiences of Drive. Utilize information to support case manager development and to highlight additional outcomes.
Interagencywork
Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiativesandoutcomestotheteamandcontributetotheevaluationofthe quality of activities these services offer.
Effectiveunderstandingandimplementationofinstitutionaladvocacybypro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
To facilitate case consultations with external agencies to identify opportunities to reduce risk and assess appropriateness for Drive.
Workingclosingwithotherprofessionalstoensurethatriskmanagementand safeguarding duties are effectively met.
Developandmaintaineffectivepartnershipworkingwithstatutory,private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.

Recordingand administration
The Performance and Quality lead will have the highest standards with regards to case recording. They will be aware of gold practice timeframes for recording and will understand their importance.
Good awareness of Respect accreditation standards which can be referenced when conducting case audits.
They are clear in their rationale when making decisions.
