The Performance and Quality Lead is an exciting new position within the expanding pan London Drive team, a high risk / high harm domestic abuse perpetrator intervention. You will be a key part of the senior leadership team, working alongside the Service Manager, Team leaders and Advanced Practitioner to ensure high quality case management across the workforce, consistency in recording, enhanced practice and overall service delivery.
