Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role (3 days onsite) for a Property Accounts Manager located in Stockport. The Property Accounts Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations related to rental properties, including rent collection, financial reporting, budgeting, and maintaining accurate property accounts. Qualifications Strong accounting and financial management skills Experience in property management and knowledge of rental property operations Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate property accounts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of property laws and regulations AAT Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
