We’re on a mission to become one of the largest luxury goods retailers in the world in the next 10 years and significantly reshape the industry as we grow.
If you’re excited by high-growth environments and building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a London-based Paid Creative Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition creative across key digital channels at +7-figure annual ad spend. You need to deeply understand what makes creative stand out, and thrive on building systems that turn data into repeatable creative wins. This role is expected to grow in scope as the business scales, with the opportunity to shape the long-term creative operating model for paid growth across markets. This is a growth‑critical leadership role responsible for raising the bar on creative quality, consistency, volume and effectiveness. The role is at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and cutting‑edge production. You’ll own fast‑paced creative direction end‑to‑end with your team - from insight and briefing to execution, testing, and iteration - by continuously improving the operation to unlock scale. You’ll balance hands‑on creative thinking with team leadership, ensuring we move quickly without sacrificing craft, clarity, or brand integrity. There’s constant building, by continually identifying and onboarding best‑in‑class creative talent and partners as we scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead creative direction and oversee the end‑to‑end creative lifecycle across a hybrid team of in‑house talent, freelancers, content creators and agency partners.
- Set clear expectations and own high creative standards across the team to ensure consistency, quality, volume and speed.
- Scale creative output across new channels, markets, and formats as the business grows.
- Own creative planning, reporting, and resourcing - including forecasting and onboarding new talent.
- Define and prioritise production across diverse creative lanes, from always‑on performance ads to bold shoots, concepts, and creator assets.
- Own the creative testing and learning infrastructure - defining hypotheses, test structures, success metrics, and maintaining a clear knowledge base of creative learnings that continuously informs future work.
- Translate performance data, cultural signals, and customer insight into clear creative direction and prioritisation, with support from growth lead(s).
- Own production budget allocation and trade‑offs - deciding when to prioritise speed vs craft, iteration vs big bets, with support from Head of Growth and Company Founders.
- Run structured sprint cycles with clear kickoffs, mid‑sprint insight check‑ins, and documented learnings at the end of each sprint.
- Support the identification, onboarding, and development of on‑brand creators and influencers alongside the Organic Social and Brand team.
- Lead lo‑fi shoots independently and collaborate on larger hi‑fi productions with the Brand team and Organic Social Lead as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- You have proven experience in paid social, short‑form content, or performance creative roles where culture and performance intersect - ideally within a DTC brand.
- You have a trained eye for winning messages, hooks and visuals across channels and markets.
- You run a tight operation and can consistently deliver high‑quality creative, at volume and at pace.
- You’re comfortable leading others while remaining hands‑on when needed to unlock performance.
- Deep understanding of performance creative on Meta and how it interacts with media buying.
- Experience building and scaling in‑house creative teams using freelancers and agencies.
- High ownership, high standards, and comfort operating in fast‑moving environments.
- Ambition to define and truly innovate on how luxury brands show up in modern content.
- Nice to have: ability to self‑shoot native social content when required.
