Location: Scotland, postcode areas G, EH, KY. Territory includes Glasgow, Edinburgh, Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, St Andrews.

Compensation and Benefits: Basic salary negotiable up to circa 35000 per annum, plus bonus. Company vehicle (VW Golf Hybrid, tax efficient), business miles, smartphone, laptop. Additional holiday allowance of up to 4 extra weeks with salary sacrifice pro rata. No weekend working.

Job Overview: Experienced field sales executive needed to promote a range of products to existing and new clients across the territory. Manage an established account base and develop new business. Schedule 4 days per week traveling to visit customers, 1 day per week from home office. Operate within normal business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to build and develop relationships, securing existing business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and promote client's products.
  • Maintain independent diary, traveling 4 days a week; work from home 1 day a week.
  • Meet sales targets and file regular activity reports.
  • Receive initial induction, product and ongoing training, with technical support available.

Qualifications:

  • Background in field-based sales as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive or Account Manager, managing a regional territory.
  • No direct product experience required; ability to learn quickly and think on your feet.
  • Bright, cheerful, outgoing personality; self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
  • Good communicator, team player yet capable of operating independently.
