Role Information

  • Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of properties and support the Operations Manager in managing the portfolio.
  • Serve as the primary manager of housekeeping and maintenance vendors and oversee Home Team’s preventative maintenance program.
  • Provide expertise in vendor management, vendor sourcing, quality control, property management, and delivering outstanding customer support.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and may travel to local and regional properties and meetings as needed.

Base Salary: $60k - $65k/year
