In addition to subscriptions, we offer bespoke, thoughtful gifts, helping coffee lovers discover the best coffee we can find.
Role Description
This is a full-time Founder’s Associate role located in London. As a Founder’s Associate, you will be the right hand to the Founders, working closely with them to manage and execute a variety of projects, including operations, marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and partnerships. Daily tasks may include assisting in strategic planning and ideation, social media marketing, optimising workflows, conducting market research, customer reporting and collaborating with the Founders to grow the business. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you will take on diverse responsibilities across multiple functions within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from two Founders who have worked on the business for the past 5 years. You’ll be joining at a critical time where the business is fast-paced and growing quickly. You will have the opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn how to run a business first-hand.

- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, partners and customers.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Marketing and content creation experience, with knowledge of digital tools and social media.
