  • Spot opportunities to make the way we deliver work for clients better, bringing proactive ideas and solutions to relevant senior team members to streamline our approach or find efficiencies
  • Identify opportunities to grow your clients’ accounts and increase our impact – identify what they need before your clients even do, working collaboratively with internal teams and our senior management to get things done, going beyond the brief

  • Keep all internal teams which contribute to your accounts up to date with the accounts’ performance, provide clarity on your clients’ objectives and how our teams will individually and collectively input to pitch responses/proposals/projects/retained services to deliver the best result
  • Guide teams and input into monthly clients reports to ensure we’ve clearly outlined, key deliverables completed, performance impact and vs KPIs and next steps.

Making sure you have the data you need to ensure clients are getting a clear overview of the value they are getting from the work delivered

  • Ensure our work is impactful and delivers on its objectives, keeping our clients happy
  • Take recommendations from client teams and prioritise into a roadmap, making our recommendations clear and compelling
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, understanding priorities and organising them accordingly to be able to accommodate ad hoc client requests, assessing whether it works for us too
  • Understand your accounts’ budgets, ensure teams work to the parameters set and refer to the Heads of Service/senior directors to address over servicing or where we need to spend more time
  • Create and update roadmaps that stretch far in advance, flagging requests for resource as appropriate
