Rise at Seven is the search-first creative agency. We create category leaders by generating content people actively look for—and content they can't help but discover. From cultural storytelling to social-first campaigns, we blend SEO, creative, and creator-led content to drive real commercial impact. Creators are a key part of how we power discovery. Whether it's reaching new audiences to build demand, fuelling TikTok and Instagram search behaviour with highly optimised UGC, or developing content that earns attention across platforms, creators sit at the heart of our work. We're now hiring a Creator Manager to help us scale this capability globally.
The Role
As Creator Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of creator engagement—from scouting and evaluating talent, to contracting, briefing, content review, and performance assessment. You'll work closely with strategists, client teams, and Social Leads to ensure creators deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content at scale. You will own our creator network and pipeline, ensuring we always have the right talent ready to activate for demand‑generation campaigns, UGC programs, and social search‑optimised content initiatives.

- Build, maintain, and grow a scalable network of nano, micro, and mid‑tier creators across multiple categories.
- Continuously scout new creators to keep our roster fresh, diverse, and aligned with client needs.
- Own and expand our internal creator database, ensuring creator profiles, rates, past work, and performance are accurately documented.
- Creator Selection & Campaign Support
- Lead longlisting and shortlisting for creator-powered campaigns based on brand fit, audience analysis, performance benchmarks, and cost.
- Support client teams with creator insights, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Creator Coordination & Delivery
- Manage all contracting, negotiations, usage rights, deliverables, and timelines.
- Deliver clear briefs and ensure creators fully understand the brand, objectives, and content expectations.
- Oversee content review and approval processes, ensuring output meets quality, platform, and brand standards.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain smooth delivery at scale.
- Process, Systems & Quality Control
- Build and optimise processes that enable creator operations at scale.
- Implement consistent workflows for outreach, briefing, approvals, and reporting.
- Work with the wider team to ensure content is optimised for social search and platform-native performance.
- Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with creators and act as their day‑to‑day point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure creator content ladders up to campaign strategy, demand goals, and brand tone.
- Present creator options, content progress, and insights to internal stakeholders and client teams.
About You
- 3-5+ years experience in creator management within a creator agency, influencer agency, UGC studio, or similar environment.
- Proven experience managing creators at scale: sourcing, contracting, briefing, reviewing, and handling multiple campaigns at once.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, creator economy trends, social search behaviour, and platform‑native content formats.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines, volume, and complexity.
- Comfortable negotiating rates, usage rights, and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate creative and strategic feedback.
- Process-driven mindset with an eye for continuous improvement.
