As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their project delivery team. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a successful SME, taking ownership of projects from handover through to final account.
The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple electrical installation projects valued between 50,000 and 500,000+, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working across both the office and project sites, you will play a key role in planning, problem-solving and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple electrical installation projects from handover to completion.
- Develop and maintain project programmes using Gantt charts or MS Project.
- Coordinate site supervisors, electricians, apprentices and specialist subcontractors.
- Plan procurement activities and manage material deliveries to meet programme requirements.
