At Rise10 Recruitment, we're partnering with an established creative business that's looking for a Graduate or Junior Product Designer to join their growing design team.

If you've recently graduated (or have up to two years of experience) and you're excited by the idea of seeing your designs come to life, this is a brilliant opportunity to learn from an experienced Head of Design while working on a huge variety of products.

No two days will look the same, you'll be involved from the initial concept right through to production, helping create promotional products, branded merchandise and apparel for a diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Bringing creative ideas to life from client briefs.
  • Creating product concepts, sketches and presentation visuals.
  • Producing artwork and production-ready files.
  • Building mock-ups and prototypes for review.
  • Supporting product development from concept through to manufacture.
  • Checking artwork, samples and pre-production approvals.
  • Researching trends, materials and new product ideas.
  • Working closely with the Head of Design and wider team on multiple live projects.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • A degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or a similar discipline.
  • Up to two years' commercial experience (placements and internships absolutely count).
  • A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Great sketching and visual communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine eagerness to learn.

Essential

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Microsoft Office (including Power Point)

Nice to have

  • Fusion 360 or similar 3D CAD software
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation or design development
  • Knowledge of consumer products, manufacturing processes or promotional merchandise would be a bonus—but it's definitely not a deal-breaker.
