As part of the expanding ecommerce team, the Digital Marketing Executive role offers a chance to take a leading role in driving the performance of customers' ecommerce websites and digital experiences. Working closely with the Ecommerce Marketing Lead, the role involves managing multiple projects, offering ideas, feedback, and consultative suggestions within the internal team and to external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the build and delivery of ecommerce marketing strategies that drive measurable income growth.
- Manage and optimise marketing activity across email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Develop, execute, and report on data-driven campaigns using HubSpot.
- Produce consultative insights, recommendations, and performance reports that highlight opportunities and results.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with long-term digital strategy.
- Proactively identify new ideas, campaigns, and initiatives that can accelerate client growth.
- Experience in Digital Marketing with a proven track record of delivering revenue and performance growth.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in HubSpot with the ability to build and optimise campaigns, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience across core digital channels, including email marketing, paid search and social (e.g., Google Ads, Meta), and affiliate marketing.
- Proactive, consultative mindset – someone who treats the client’s success as their own.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present confidently to stakeholders.
- Agency experience (preferred) or experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment managing multiple projects.
