This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that delivers projects across construction, engineering, commercial fit-out, refurbishment, electrical, AV and data services.
You'll play a key role in shaping the company's procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, driving commercial value, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business.

The Role
Reporting into senior management, you will take ownership of procurement and supply chain activities across the business, ensuring goods, services and subcontract support are sourced efficiently, competitively and in line with company governance.
- Developing and implementing the company's procurement strategy in line with business objectives.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, brokers and subcontractors to achieve the best commercial outcomes.
- Negotiating pricing, contractual terms and supplier agreements.
- Analysing procurement spend to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiencies.
- Working closely with estimating and operational teams to support accurate and competitive project pricing.
- Monitoring supplier performance against quality, cost, delivery and service KPIs.
- Managing supplier onboarding and compliance within the company's supplier assurance framework.
- Ensuring procurement activities comply with internal procedures and ISO management systems.
- Identifying procurement risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement through process optimisation, reporting and system enhancements.
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and reporting for audit and governance purposes.
About You
- Proven experience in a Procurement Manager, Procurement, Supply Chain or Commercial role.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Experience managing national supplier networks and/or broker relationships.
- Excellent commercial awareness with strong analytical and cost management skills.
- Experience developing or implementing procurement processes and frameworks.
- Good understanding of supplier compliance, governance and assurance requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and Share Point.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
