The Commercial Director, UK & Ireland is a strategic leader, responsible for driving sales growth, maximizing customer satisfaction, and meeting revenue targets within the UK and Ireland region. This role oversees a team that includes sales, technical support, training, inside sales, and account management, ensuring all functions work cohesively to support business objectives. The Commercial Director is hands-on, maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying growth opportunities, and adapting strategies to meet the specific needs of the UK and Ireland markets.
Responsibilities:
- Regional Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy tailored to the UK and Ireland, with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing partnerships with installers and major installation companies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the regional sales, technical support, and sales admin teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Business Development with Installers and large distribution channels: Establish and cultivate relationships with defined customers, identifying partnership opportunities that drive both volume and loyalty.
- Operational Planning: Prepare and present a comprehensive business plan to the executive team, outlining strategies for market growth, installer engagement, and revenue targets in the region.
