We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support customer retention and account growth through proactive outbound engagement with existing customers. Working alongside Regional Sales Managers as part of a regional team, the role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, generating opportunities, and supporting regional sales growth.

You will be responsible for proactive outbound calling, with a view to generating appointments, training opportunities, and sales opportunities within the assigned customer base. You are expected to have strong knowledge of RISCO products along with a good understanding of relevant competitor products.

Responsibilities:
  • Make proactive outbound and follow up calls to the agreed customer base, maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Secure and develop Risco Cloud connections, generating Cloud opportunities/deals in HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain a regional pipeline of opportunities alongside the respective Regional Sales Manager.
  • Identify further sales opportunities within existing accounts and support regional sales growth.
  • Support inbound customer activity and arrange customer meetings/demonstrations with Regional Sales Managers where required.
  • Provide support and advice on the Risco product range and maintain a good understanding of relevant competitor products.
  • Provide customer quotes and pricing in line with company policies, escalating approvals where required.
  • Maximize customer retention through regular communication with existing customers.
  • Maintain product knowledge, sales skills, and accurate customer activity updates within HubSpot.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably expected by the Company.
  • Report customer feedback to relevant managers and participate in weekly meetings, including Risco roadshows and events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Customer Account Management role – required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel / sales reporting tools.
  • Experience within the security industry or with security distributors/manufacturers – advantage.
  • Technical aptitude or previous experience working with technical products – advantage.
