- We are looking for an
AI-Native Creative to join our Global Marketing team. This role combines strong design, video, and visual storytelling skills with hands-on expertise in AI-powered creative tools.
The ideal candidate uses AI as an integral part of their daily creative workflow and can transform marketing briefs and campaign concepts into high-quality visual, video, audio, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual, video, audio, and digital content using AI-powered creative tools.
- Generate and refine imagery using platforms such as Open Art, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar tools.
- Produce AI-generated voiceovers and audio content using Eleven Labs or equivalent platforms.
- Design and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Use Chat GPT, Claude, and other generative AI tools for creative ideation, scripting, and content development.
- Translate campaign briefs and marketing concepts into polished creative assets, from concept through final execution.
- Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs.
- Explore and implement new AI tools and workflows to improve creative quality, speed, and efficiency.
- Manage multiple creative projects independently in a remote working environment.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, digital creative, video production, or a related field.
A portfolio showcasing relevant creative work is required as part of the application.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital design and video, including work created using AI-powered tools.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI creative tools as part of a regular professional workflow.
- Experience with AI image-generation and voice-generation platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Good working knowledge of Canva.
- Strong creative thinking, visual judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or 3D design – an advantage.
- Experience in a B2B, technology, or global marketing environment – an advantage.
