Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our award‑winning manufacturing hub in Peterlee, County Durham.
The role supports our Articulated Trucks team, welding metal components to power mines and construction sites worldwide.
Location & Travel
Peterlee, County Durham (travel & accommodation expenses covered).
- Mileage support for commutes over 40 miles (HMRC rate of £0.45 per mile).
- Accommodation Grant of £50 per night for workers living more than 60 miles away.
- Additional mileage support beyond 60 miles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base rates £19.55 – £26.39 per hour (shift dependent) plus a
£150 Trade Test payment for all welder/fabricator roles.
- Overtime: 1.5× on Saturdays, double‑time on Sundays with potential earnings up to £39.10 per hour; monthly bonuses of £80‑£150.
