Are you a talented video camera operator and editor who wants to grow into a Preditor - someone who owns a piece of content from first frame to final cut? Do you care as much about the storytelling as you do the shot? Then read on. At MEDDICC, we are the undisputed authority on the MEDDIC sales methodology and everything we do is built with a media-first mindset. Our content doesn't just inform - it builds pipeline, drives revenue, and changes the way teams operate. We create YouTube long-form, enablement content for our learning platform, product marketing, and short-form social - all to a world class standard. Based at our MEDDICC Studio in Wisbech, this is where the magic happens - a dedicated production space where we bring our content to life. This is not a role where you clock in and cut to a brief. This is a role where you'll grow into owning content end-to-end - ideating, shooting, and editing work you're genuinely proud of.
What you'll do:
- Shoot and edit a range of content types including YouTube vlogs and long & short-form video, enablement learning content, marketing videos and advertisements, and short-form social clips.
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment on location at our Wisbech studio and on remote shoots.
- Edit to a professional standard in Adobe Premiere Pro, managing your own timelines from assembly to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Media and production team to bring briefs to life with creative flair and technical precision.
- Contribute to creative development - over time, moving toward producing your own content from concept through to final cut & learning from the metrics.
- Maintain organised project files, asset libraries, and adhere to our production workflows in Asana and Notion.
- Uphold the MEDDICC brand guidelines across every piece of content you touch - if it's not beautiful, it's not done.
- Be a stakeholder in raising the bar of the MEDDICC Media team, helping us remain the go-to example for content quality in our space.
Who you are:
- You are a skilled shooter and editor with at least 2 years of hands‑on production experience.
- You're comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite - you move confidently between both.
- You have a creative eye and a genuine obsession with quality; you notice the details others miss.
- You're ambitious - you don't just want to execute briefs, you want to grow into a preditor who owns content from concept to delivery.
- You thrive in a remote‑first, fast‑moving environment and take initiative without being chased.
- You're organised, reliable, and know how to manage your time across multiple projects in parallel.
- You care about storytelling as much as you care about the technical craft.
- You are genuinely excited about AI and what it means for video production - you see it as a creative accelerator, not a threat, and you actively seek out new tools and ways of working.
- You see yourself in our C8 winning culture.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional shooting and editing experience.
- Proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite - required: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of Audition and Adobe Firefly is a plus.
- Actively embraces AI tools in your workflow - you're not waiting to be told, you're already experimenting, testing, and finding ways to work faster and smarter without compromising quality.
- You follow where AI in production is heading and bring that thinking into the team - whether that's AI‑assisted editing, generative visuals, automated workflows, or tools we haven't tried yet.
- Demonstrable experience editing long‑form content (10+ minutes) as well as short‑form clips.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio capture in a studio and on‑location context.
- A portfolio that shows range, quality, and a clear point of view.
- Comfortable working in a B2B or corporate content environment - experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services is a bonus.
- Based in the UK with the ability to work hybrid from our Wisbech studio.
