Our Focus on Agentic AI

At Crisp, we are increasingly focused on Agentic AI, using intelligent autonomous agents to drive decision-making, automation, and insights for our customers. This includes integrating AI-powered agents into our analytics workflows, enabling faster data exploration, contextualized recommendations, and automated actions based on real-time business signals. As part of this role, you will have opportunities to work alongside our AI initiatives, influencing how these technologies are embedded into our BI and data platform to unlock new levels of efficiency and value for our customers. Required Skills:

  • PowerBI, including Tabular Editor for semantic model development and optimization
  • BigQuery for querying and working with large-scale datasets in our cloud data warehouse
  • dbt for data transformation and modeling

  • Azure DevOps for CI/CD workflows and deployment of analytics components
