It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America’s best startup employers by Forbes.

About The Role

Scaling to $1B ARR and beyond means we need to scale our marketing initiatives in international markets, and that’s where you come in. Our team’s job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos that convert into closed won deals. We do that by running marketing experiments across multiple channels, then rapidly scaling the ones that work.

In this role, you’ll own our direct‑to‑demo high‑intent motion to drive qualified demos for new logo sales within the UK, and potentially other parts of EMEA. You will manage a multi‑million dollar annual budget, optimizing performance across existing paid social channels like LinkedIn and Meta, and you will run experiments on other channels like email, review sites and more.

This role is highly cross‑functional. You’ll partner closely with our engineering, revenue operations, analytics, marketing operations, and sales teams to help Rippling win.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a 7‑figure annual budget efficiently, hitting or exceeding targets by continuously optimizing channel and campaign allocations on paid social platforms.
  • Develop channel strategy by understanding our products, buyer pain points, and channel dynamics. Build experimentation roadmaps grounded in sound hypotheses and scale what works.
  • Create a plan for scaling and testing email and review site channels to expand our audience reach of key personas in finance, HR, and IT across UKI & EMEA.
  • Improve campaign efficiency by concepting more resonant creative, improving qualification processes and lead gen flow, and testing novel technological innovations.
  • Build and manage relationships across brand, analytics, product management, product marketing, sales, and more to succeed in this role.
  • Analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not – from reading through replies to writing SQL and hopping into Excel.
  • Proactively share insights and wins across the marketing team.

What You Will Need

  • 3‑5+ years of experience doing both quantitative and qualitative work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset: motivated by owning a number and not afraid to step up to big challenges.
  • Cross‑functional communicator: communicate proactively and effectively, marshaling internal resources and external partners.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for good email & ad copy.
  • Structured, data‑driven problem‑solving: analyze and design solutions to ambiguous problems in ambiguous environments using SQL or Excel.
  • Inbox 0 mindset: prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple projects and timelines.
  • Hackiness and creativity: constantly generating new ideas and eager to experiment.
  • Taking initiative is second nature: dive deep into signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions without prompting.
  • Bias to speed: move very quickly and set a similar pace for your product area.
  • (Nice to have) German fluency.
