About The Role
The product team defines the product strategy to solve customer problems effectively, efficiently, and intuitively. You will be responsible for the success of Rippling’s product in France, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and support to develop and improve the product. This role is strategic for our global expansion in France, with a goal to scale the business significantly.
What You Will Do
- Drive product vision, roadmap, and execution for Rippling in France.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand needs for payroll, HR, and related products.
- Deeply understand legal, compliance, and operational payroll requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Analyze data to meet ambitious growth goals.
