One day you might be designing broadcast graphics for a major football match, the next you could be creating social media content to champion the Dizplai brand, or conceptualising innovative, high-engagement streaming assets for pitches to top-tier global creators.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Execution: Support the design team in creating stunning graphics for broadcast, streaming, and web applications focused on real-time stats, audience participation, and engagement, while elevating client branding across all touchpoints.
- Marketing & Brand Content: Design social media graphics, email campaigns, pitch decks, and marketing materials that champion the Dizplai brand and support business development efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Designer, product managers, and developers to turn concepts into reality, ensuring designs are beautiful, functional, accessible, and ready for global audiences.
- Innovation & Learning: Grow within our forward-thinking team by experimenting with new creative styles, learning emerging tools, and staying current with trends in graphics, motion design, and user interaction.

- Minimum one year of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating creative talent and versatility across multiple design disciplines.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects) and Figma, with eagerness to develop expertise in these tools.
- A genuine passion for creating amazing fan experiences and a demonstrated flair for design that brings energy and enthusiasm to collaborative environments.
- A collaborative spirit with creative energy, eager to learn from experienced team members and contribute to an innovative, fast-paced industry.
- Curiosity and adaptability, with a drive to continuously develop new skills, techniques, and stay ahead of design trends.
- Understanding that this role involves diverse daily responsibilities including assisting with client project work, internal marketing materials, and supporting brand development.
We believe in a transparent process designed to put you at ease so you can show us your best work. Here is how we get to know each other:
- Mutual Fit Chat: A conversation to ensure our expectations align. This is a two-way introduction to the role, the company's direction, and what you are looking for in your next career move.
- Manager Deep Dive: A focused session with your potential lead. We will explore your experience, your creative approach, and how you tackle the types of challenges we face daily.
- F2F Practical Exercise & Culture Peer Session: A take home task which is completed and then presented back in a face-to-face interview in our Manchester office.
- Next Steps: Following these stages, we aim to provide clear, honest feedback. In some cases, if specific questions arise from the peer session, we may invite you for a final follow-up to ensure we have covered everything before making a decision.
At Dizplai, we transform passive audiences into active communities that drive culture, conversation, and commerce. We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment, helping them turn attention into lasting commercial value.
By combining creative consultancy, interactive technology, and data-driven insights, we help unlock the full commercial potential of audiences. We are at the forefront of the shift where platforms are the new networks, creators are the new media companies, and fans want to belong, not just watch.
The pay range for this role is: Up to £28,000 GBP per year (Manchester, Hybrid - 2 days per week in office).
