Position Overview:
As a Junior Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client-facing teams and managing customer relationships. You\’ll collaborate closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction, streamline communications, and help deliver an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate client meetings, take detailed notes, and help manage follow-up tasks.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, and internal messaging systems.
- Help maintain and update client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Track ongoing client projects and ensure timely internal communication on status and deadlines.
