What You Will Do

• Build and drive day‑to‑day processes that lead to a highly efficient team of high‑performing engineers.
• Set the direction of your team; anticipate strategic and scaling‑related challenges and create actionable plans.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support, and operations teams in shaping the product.

What You Will Need

• 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with in‑depth knowledge of software architectures.
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading small and mid‑sized development teams.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
• Solid programming skills and a track record of improving code structure and architecture for testability and maintainability.
• Great project management and product ownership skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Hands‑on development experience using Python, Django, MongoDB, React, AWS is a plus.
