Ensure proper site preparation, install, maintain and upgrade networking and communications equipment and cabling systems.
To liaise, develop and manage vendors and service providers and review their performance.
Review network performance management reports and provide recommendations.
Disaster recovery planning.
Extensive knowledge of operations, fulfilment and service processes, GTS and Corporate/Commercial Banking products, and related risks.
Ability to manage alliances, client relationships, cross functional initiatives and process integration within the geography covered.
Experience in delivering through SSC/ Offshore centralised utilities not under direct control and managing vendor and suppliers.
