Join Ripple's Associate Network. At Ripple, we believe that great learning changes behaviour, not just knowledge. We work with organisations across the UK to design and deliver learning experiences that help people think differently, have better conversations and build healthier workplace cultures. Our work spans accredited training, facilitated workshops and immersive experiential learning. As our immersive portfolio continues to grow, we're looking to expand our network of exceptional Associate Facilitators.

We're not recruiting large numbers of people. We're looking for a small number of brilliant facilitators who share our values and who we'd be proud to have representing Ripple with our clients.

What you'll be doing

As an Associate Facilitator, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that encourage people to reflect, discuss, challenge their thinking and apply learning in meaningful ways. Depending on the programme, you will:

• Facilitate interactive workshops and discussions.
• Work alongside professional actors during immersive learning experiences.
• Guide learner reflection following realistic workplace scenarios.
• Create psychologically safe environments where everyone feels able to contribute.
• Adapt your facilitation to meet the needs of different groups.
• Always represent Ripple professionally with clients and learners.

Experience may have been gained through learning and development, coaching, leadership development, organisational development, HR, education, behavioural change, emergency services or another people-focused profession. We're far more interested in how you facilitate than the job title you've held.

We're committed to maintaining consistently high standards through a proportionate governance and quality assurance framework that supports both our clients and our Associate Facilitators. As part of our approach, you'll receive regular observations, constructive feedback and opportunities to reflect and learn alongside colleagues. We see quality assurance as a collaborative process that helps us continually refine our delivery and learn from one another.

Ripple is proud to be CPD Accredited and an approved Qualsafe Awards Centre, regulated by Ofqual. Maintaining high professional standards is important to us, and we're looking for Associate Facilitators who share that commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional learner experiences.

Our recruitment process

We're deliberately keeping our recruitment process personal and proportionate. Following an initial review of applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited to an informal online conversation. Successful candidates will then be invited to take part in a practical facilitation assessment, giving us the opportunity to get to know one another and explore whether Ripple is the right fit for both of us.
