Ripple Labs seeks a Regional Workplace Operations Manager to lead Places function across EMEA & APAC. You will be pivotal in shaping day‑to‑day operations to support growth and cultivate a thriving, fun culture across our expanding portfolio of offices. You will also be responsible for site budgets, vendor relationships, customer service, facilities operations and maintenance, leading an operations team, and more!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead an outstanding employee services organization in the EMEA & APAC regions, overseeing innovative food programs, efficient mailroom operations, maintenance, and office relocations.
  • Develop positive relationships, work with internal teams, and promote outstanding customer service to maintain a welcoming workplace environment in all locations.
  • Be responsible for the EMEA & APAC real estate portfolio, including but not limited to space planning, occupancy and vacancy reporting, and seating assignments.
  • Handle budgets for workplace operations, including both operational (Opex) and capital (Capex) expenditures.
  • Skillfully negotiate favorable terms and conditions with landlords, property management companies, service providers, and contractors.
  • Use data analytics and key business metrics to advise strategic decisions for daily operations and expansion.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes, clear policies, and efficient procedures for all facility operations and maintenance activities.
  • Drive continuous progress towards increased automation and the adoption of innovative workplace solutions.
  • Effectively translate overarching strategic plans into clear operational actions for the Workplace team and our valued external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated professionals supporting critical organizational functions, impactful corporate events, and seamless general meetings within the regions in partnership with the Americas manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management and real estate operations, ideally within a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment.
  • Proven experience in expense forecasting, budget management, and project management across multiple locations.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead effectively, with a strong track record of successfully hiring, motivating, and developing high‑caliber team members.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with colleagues, senior leadership, internal collaborators, and external vendors.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and problem‑solving approach.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills are absolutely crucial for success in this role.
