THE WORK: Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer. Developed using the latest technology, Ripple Treasury helps empower organizations on their path to strategic treasury, by enabling total visibility into their cash, liquidity, payments and financial risk management. As part of the Revenue Operations team, the RFP Specialist serves as the dedicated proposal expert for EMEA, reporting to the Head of the Global RFP Team with dotted-line reporting to the Regional Sales Leader. This role is critical to maintaining consistency across our global proposal strategy while ensuring responses align with regional go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and active deal priorities. The RFP Specialist owns end-to-end management of regional proposal operations and serves as the primary point of contact for all RFP/RFI activities within the region.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Proposal Management & Execution
    • Coordinate, create, and deliver Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Questionnaires to increase win rates.
    • Complete Information Technical Questionnaires (ITQs) for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes.
    • Execute RFP/ITQ Response Workflow for every project, including delegating questions, project tracking, Loopio management, formatting, and stakeholder communication.
    • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting or exceeding all assigned deadlines.
  • Content Development & Library Management
    • Interpret RFP/ITQ questions and create targeted responses leveraging library content, resource documents, and subject matter expert input.
    • Ensure responses are grammatically correct and presented in consistent voice and style reflecting GTreasury’s brand and value proposition.
    • Continuously update and expand the response library to reflect evolving product functionality, market positioning, and competitive differentiators.
    • Manage response review cycles to maintain library accuracy and relevance.
    • Adapt content to changing product functionality, industry technology trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure responses comprehensively address prospect and client needs.
    • Work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to understand regional competitive landscapes, deal priorities, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Coordinate with subject matter experts, including the Security Compliance team, to deliver accurate responses before project deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Required:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management, RFP response, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication with demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling value messages.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools.

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience within treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS software environments.
  • Experience with Loopio or similar RFP software platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for opportunity tracking and collaboration.
  • Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing.
  • Proficiency in a second language (French, German, Italian and/or Spanish) is preferred.
