The Role
We’re hiring a Paid Social Creative Producer to build and manage a consistent pipeline of high-quality creator-led video content across ripple⁺ and Droplet. This is not traditional influencer marketing. You won’t be paying creators to post to their own audiences or focusing on follower counts. Instead, you’ll identify compelling talent, commission videos based on approved creative concepts and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality assets for our brand-owned social channels and paid advertising. You’ll own the end-to-end production process, from researching and approaching creators to negotiating rates, coordinating filming, managing feedback and delivering final assets. Working closely with our Creative Strategist, you’ll ensure concepts are executed effectively, content is delivered on time and our creative pipeline supports the wider paid social strategy. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is resourceful, commercially minded and excellent at getting things done. You’ll be responsible for turning creative briefs into finished content, building relationships with reliable talent and ensuring we get the best possible output from our production budget.
Reporting
You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist, taking ownership of creator commissioning and production delivery. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to build processes, develop a strong network of creators and contribute directly to the creative output of two growing brands. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial who takes initiative, moves quickly and can manage multiple projects without compromising on quality.
What You’ll Do
- 40% – Creator Research, Outreach & Commissioning: Research and identify creators, UGC talent, actors, comedians and emerging personalities who fit our brands and approved creative briefs. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable talent for ongoing and campaign-specific commissions. Manage creator outreach, negotiate rates and agree deliverables, timelines, usage rights and licensing terms. Assess creators based on their on-camera presence, ability to follow a brief, reliability and suitability for the required content. Build relationships with reliable creators who can be rebooked for future commissions. Manage the commissioning process from initial outreach through to confirmed bookings.
- 35% – Production & Content Delivery: Coordinate creator-led video production from brief handover through to final asset delivery. Translate approved creative briefs into clear creator-facing instructions, ensuring deliverables, filming requirements and key messaging are understood. Manage production timelines, creator communication, draft submissions, feedback rounds and final approvals. Review content against the approved brief and brand guidelines, identifying where revisions are needed and providing clear, actionable feedback. Coordinate approvals with the Creative Strategist and relevant stakeholders, ensuring content meets the required standard before delivery. Manage multiple commissions simultaneously, keeping projects on track and resolving production issues proactively. Ensure all final assets are delivered in the correct formats, specifications and quantities for organic social and paid advertising.
- 15% – Budget & Creative Operations: Manage creator commissioning budgets, track costs and negotiate competitive rates without compromising on talent quality. Maintain accurate records of creators, quotes, agreements, deliverables, invoices and usage rights. Track licensing periods, usage restrictions and renewal requirements for commissioned content. Maintain an organised content pipeline, providing clear visibility of upcoming commissions, production status and outstanding deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, streamline workflows and maximise the number and quality of assets delivered within budget.
- 10% – Performance Feedback & Iteration: Review available content performance data to understand which creators and assets are worth commissioning again. Gather feedback from relevant internal stakeholders to inform future creator selection and production decisions. Coordinate additional edits, variations and reshoots when required, based on creative feedback and performance learnings. Use insights from completed campaigns to improve production processes and the effectiveness of future commissions.
Ideal Profile
You’ll likely thrive here if you:
- Have experience in creator marketing, UGC production, content production, talent management or a similar execution-focused role.
- Understand TikTok and Instagram Reels and the practical requirements of producing short-form video content for social media.
- Are confident researching creators, conducting outreach, negotiating rates and managing relationships professionally.
- Have excellent project management skills and can manage multiple commissions, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Can turn an existing creative brief into clear, actionable production instructions.
- Have a strong eye for detail and can assess whether content meets a brief and the required quality standards.
- Are commercially minded and comfortable managing budgets, negotiating fees and tracking costs.
- Are highly organised and proactive, with the ability to anticipate problems and keep projects moving.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with creators and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of delivery and are comfortable working at pace in a small, ambitious team.
Extra credit for:
- Experience commissioning UGC or creator content specifically for paid social advertising.
- Experience working alongside a Creative Strategist or paid social team.
- Familiarity with creator usage rights, licensing agreements and content contracts.
- Basic video editing skills or familiarity with tools such as CapCut.
- Experience working across multiple DTC brands with different audiences and creative requirements.
