As an Account Executive at Ripple Treasury, you will play a key role in our sales team, driving success in a high-growth region. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team. You will help develop the future of corporate treasury by integrating modern technology with proven financial solutions. Your responsibility includes nurturing relationships with prospective clients and exclusively winning new corporate clients for Ripple Treasury.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Achieve new business revenue goals set forth by Managing Director of Europe Sales
  • Develop pipeline consistently across your territory
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and user events
  • Maintain a deep understanding of your market and its evolving potential
  • Analyse and understand sales growth potential in your assigned territory
  • Stay informed about the treasury industry and competition
  • Collaborate with your manager and sales team to develop competitive strategies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 5+ years in New Business SaaS Sales, preferably in enterprise FinTech/Treasury Management Systems
  • Consistent track record of top sales performance
  • Proven ability to own pipeline generation
  • Excellent value based, consultative selling skills
  • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 25-50%
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Preferred fluency in French
