Ripple Recruitment have partnered with an ambitious digital agency based in Basingstoke that is looking for a talented Junior Developer to join their growing development team.
If you already have hands-on experience working on live web projects and are eager to accelerate your technical growth, this role offers a structured pathway to progress into a Full Stack Developer.
You will work closely alongside experienced developers and designers in a collaborative, design-led environment, gaining exposure across the entire development lifecycle from front-end Word Press builds to back-end logic, database design, and cloud infrastructure.
This is a hybrid position requiring roughly two days a week onsite in Basingstoke, so candidates should be within a comfortable commuting distance (ideally with access to a car).
